Policy


Booking & Deposits

  • A non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total booking fee is required once the date and time are confirmed.

  • This deposit secures your session and is applied toward the final balance.

  • The remaining balance is due on the day of the shoot.

Timeliness & Late Arrivals

  • Punctuality is crucial. Clients arriving more than 20 minutes late will incur a $30 late fee.

  • Delays beyond 30 minutes may result in cancellation without a refund, depending on scheduling constraints.

Creative Direction & Client Responsibilities

  • Clients are responsible for providing all necessary props, wardrobe, and accessories aligned with the shoot concept, unless prior arrangements are made with the media professional.

  • For specialized setups or themes, please discuss requirements during the consultation phase.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled shoot will be charged a $50 cancellation fee.

  • Rescheduling requests are subject to availability and must be made at least 48 hours in advance to avoid penalties.

Deliverables & Media Delivery

  • All final media will be delivered digitally via a secure online gallery or download link.

  • Physical copies, such as prints or USB drives, are available upon request and may incur additional costs.

  • Standard turnaround time for edited media is 3-5 business days, unless otherwise specified.

All portraits taken by Shaquille Jordan Productions are the property of Shaquille Jordan/Shaquille Jordan Productions. We reserve the right to post, promote, reproduce, and duplicate any and all images created during your session.

If there are specific images you do not wish to be used for promotional purposes, this must be communicated directly to the photographer between the session date and the day of final image delivery.

Clients may not alter, crop, edit, or apply social media filters or make any changes that modify the original state of the delivered images. SJP ask that clients tag our social media accounts for photo credit when sharing.

By booking a session with Shaquille Jordan Productions, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the photo rights policy stated above.
